Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in transportation compliance or regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and Transport Canada regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Post-secondary education in logistics, transportation, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits for carrier clients across Canada and the U.S.
- Develop and deliver driver safety training programs
- Prepare clients for FMCSA and Transport Canada safety reviews

- Develop customised training materials for client fleets
- Conduct driver assessments and provide performance feedback
- Support clients in building safety culture programs
